The waste gas of the pharmaceutical factory contains H2S, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, organic waste gas, acid and alkali waste gas, etc. Different waste gas treatment equipment is used for different components of waste gas.
The odorous substances including H2S,, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, etc. can be introduced into the spray tower by using a spray tower device. Organic waste gas can be treated by activated carbon adsorption device, which consists of activated carbon adsorption tower and fan.
Chemical waste gas can be divided into particulate pollutants and gaseous pollutants. The particulate pollutants include dust particles, dust, smoke, fog dust, coal dust, etc; Gaseous pollutants include sulfur compounds, chlorinated compounds, carbon oxides, hydrocarbons, halogen oxides, etc.
The chemical waste gas is relatively complex and has the following characteristics:
1. There are many flammable and explosive gases. Such as low boiling point ketones, aldehydes, easily polymerized unsaturated hydrocarbons, and a large number of flammable and explosive gases, if appropriate measures are not taken, are likely to cause fire and explosion accidents, with great harm.
2. Most of the emissions are irritant or corrosive. For example, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, chlorine, HF and other gases are irritant or corrosive, especially sulfur dioxide emissions are the largest.
3. There are many kinds of floating particles in the waste gas, which are harmful. Floating particles excluded from chemical production include dust, smoke, acid mist, etc., which are of various types and are harmful to the environment. Especially, when the floating particles and harmful gases exist at the same time, they can have a synergistic effect, which is more harmful to people.
